If the application is configured to print to the wrong paper tray, correct it within the application by clicking Printer Properties and finding the source for Tray Selection. but do not install them until you stop printing or the colors fade. One trick with laser printers is to remove the cartridge that is running low and gently shake it from side to side. If you have tried the above methods and your HP printer is still unable to print, you may need to check for hardware problems with your printer.
